Well you, my dearest daughter, were mostly a wee bairn and was the pickiest thing when you were finally able to grab things. Flinging potatoes be they whole or mashed, and you certainly didn't like your vegetables. Could relate to Joshua there, he still hates carrots.

We was talkin' about how we liked th' stuff here, but missed the food from home an' how maybe we could make a bunch o' it to get rid o' the homesick, you know? So I told 'im I'd ask you what we ate in Waloed. I bet you had a whole journal full o' everyone's favourite foods in the old Hideaway, didn't you?
More interesting you picked Waloed rather than the Hideaway, but I supposed you did live half of your life in each before you went off to Kanver.

But you're right. Although it was mostly Sanbreque recipes given that's where we were and ingredients were harder to get, Kenneth did always manage something, even a few of his own creations.
I can rattle off Kanver foods too, but there weren't anyone else there with me, you know? It was just me. But Waloed and the Hideaway? Plenty of stuff to share.

Not a bad idea. I haven't thought too much of it yet, but suppose we should start preparing. We need to stock our own stores, anyway, might as well include ingredients for that.
Could even have the other members offer their own home recipes.
Yeah! A little taste o' home! Think we could make all the posh stuff? We have at least three royal tastes to appease, hold the carrots for Josh, though.
