I understand if this letter is not welcome, and should that be the case, you may disregard it, and I will accept that. I apologise for leaving abruptly during our last encounter, although despite this I have given much thought to what you said, and your offer.
It is not anything you have done. I recognize that I have far too much on my mind for you to know what it is I am thinking. I have consulted Joshua's thoughts on the matter and he is fairly confident that despite any tension, which is entirely my fault, your offer to join your crew was genuine.
Although I had remained undecided, I have to admit that he can be very persuasive when he wants to be. [ Namely Joshua said he wanted Dion to come. ]
Should the offer not be rescinded, I would like to accept.
If there's anything you wish to discuss, please do not hesitate to do so.

Eventually I'll find a more central location where all can meet and serve as another place of domicile, but that won't be a while yet. For now, just continue as you are.

That does put my mind at ease somewhat, but if only because I'm uncertain how to relate to the rest of you. It is merely a new experience, nothing more, where we need not fight at the drop of a hat.

I almost feel guilty bringing such a kindhearted soul into our ranks, but I think he and Joshua would get along, as well. Both sem to enjoy researching and all.
But I have no doubt you'll get along fine with the rest, nor do I anticipate any trouble. And if you ever come across anyone who you think could use a place even if for a while, you're welcome to run it by. [ie, help scout some more paladins to their group for "assistance" in the future—]

He's primarily a Haravatat scholar--ah, that would be semiotics--but he's excellent with elemental energy and he frequently explores old ruins. He's...well, he's not as good with machines as I am, but he's still decent.
He seeks out knowledge like plants seek sunlight. In terms of sheer understanding of the world we're from, I don't think anyone who isn't a god knows more than he does.
